The group supports the development of VSEs, SMEs and ETIs by giving them access to key accounts. Every year, it enables several thousand VSEs, SMEs and ETIs to access our customers' markets in the Telecommunications, IT, Defense, Banking and Insurance, Industry, Energy and Transport sectors.
Its activities are divided between ALLIANCE HIGH TECH (Meyreuil - 13) and SYSTEMGIE (Cesson-Sévigné - 35). It has sales of €300 million and 90 employees.
Its offer covers the following activities: tender management, sourcing, outsourced purchasing and administrative processing.
Alliance Global Procurement is a fast-growing group, with a forecast purchasing volume of around €300 million for 2023 and a target of €500 million for 2025.
Reporting to the Risk Manager and under the supervision of our legal counsel, your role will be to ensure that regulations are properly applied and to provide advice and support to the operational departments of all Group entities.
Position and mission
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Drafting and monitoring contracts
- Analysis and assistance in negotiating customer framework contracts
- Drafting of partner contracts (service providers)
- Advising various departments on legal issues relating to contracts
- Information and recommendations to provide legal answers to the company's suppliers
- Relations with customers' and suppliers' legal departments
- Responsible for supplier compliance, with a possible supervisory role (depending on profile) for the managers in charge of this function.
- Legal watch on the company's activities and those of its competitors.
Profile required

Very good use of Internet tools and legal databases, particularly as a monitoring and research tool

- Profile With a Master's degree or equivalent in business law (DJCE), you have several years' experience in a corporate environment.
