Group Sales Manager

The AGP group, which includes Alliance High Tech, is the French leader in outsourced purchasing. It supports VSEs, SMEs and ETIs in their development by giving them access to key accounts. Every year, it enables several thousand VSEs, SMEs and ETIs to access our customers' markets in the telecoms, IT, defense, banking and insurance, industry, energy and transport sectors.
Its offer enables key accounts to simplify and optimize their purchasing by outsourcing all or part of their "Purchasing" processes, from the management of calls for tender, to the sourcing of experts or products, right through to the administrative processing of the request (Order to Cash). The AGP Group specializes in the outsourcing of intellectual services (consultants, experts, specialized human resources, etc.) and goods and services (production and non-production purchasing, general services, etc.).

Alliance Global Procurement is looking to strengthen its management team with its future Group Sales Director M/F. Reporting directly to General Management, his or her mission is to accelerate the company's profitable and sustainable growth.

Position and tasks

Main objectives :

  • Accelerate sales growth in France and abroad
  • Help improve economic performance within each customer and the company as a whole
  • Lead sales teams with a unifying, caring and demanding approach.
  • Participate in the development of the Group's sales strategy, including the identification of new growth drivers (new customers, new application sectors, etc.).
  • Be a driving force in enhancing AGP's offering to existing customers in France and abroad

Main tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate the sales force through sharing rituals, tools (CRM) and proven work methods.
  • Implement Group objectives, set sales team targets and ensure follow-up (annual reviews, progress plans, training, etc.).
  • Draw up and implement a short-, medium- and long-term business development strategy.
  • Manage customer and partner relations with the support of the Sourcing teams.
  • Implement a pricing strategy in line with the Group's profitability objectives, while demonstrating innovation (RFA, win-win, regenerate margin).
  • Anticipate, prepare and defend our solutions for customer referrals in the context of renewals or new opportunities.
  • Seek alliances or partnerships, prospect new business areas
  • Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement plans in collaboration with operational teams (Sales, Sourcing, Finance) in order to optimize our profitability without impacting our quality of service.

Job description :

Remuneration: According to profile and experience

Location: Paris 2nd arrondissement

Profile required

Training: With at least 5 years' higher education, you have at least 10 years' experience in sales and management.

Experience: Experienced sales manager with a successful track record in B2B services in a key account environment. Experience of managing sales staff in a matrix organization (regions, offers, application sectors, etc.). Knowledge of purchasing management solutions and B2B intermediation platforms in both the intellectual services and goods & services sectors.

Required qualities: Excellent communication skills and dynamism. Results-oriented.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills.

Fluent English.
