The AGP group, of which Alliance High Tech is a member, is the French leader in outsourced purchasing. It supports VSEs, SMEs and ETIs in their development by giving them access to key accounts. Every year, it enables several thousand VSEs, SMEs and ETIs to access our customers' markets in the Telecommunications, IT, Defense, Banking and Insurance, Industry, Energy and Transport sectors.
Its offer enables key accounts to simplify and optimize their purchasing by outsourcing all or part of their "Purchasing" processes, from the management of calls for tender, to the sourcing of experts or products, right through to the administrative processing of the request (Order to Cash). The AGP Group specializes in the outsourcing of intellectual services (consultants, experts, specialized human resources, etc.) and goods and services (production and non-production purchasing, general services, etc.).

Alliance Global Procurement is looking to add a Site Quality Manager to its teams.

Position and mission

  1. Implementation of Group Quality Policy in subsidiaries
    • Perform a critical analysis of strategic components: stakes, organization, management system, procedures (operations leading to a task), businesses and their processes (interconnected operating modes), level of customer satisfaction, hazards and potential risks.
    • Analyze the quality of the functional and technical documentation base, and the level of formalization and conformity of internal documents with standard models.
    • In support of the management team's Managers, help set up human resources (steering committee, project teams, internal auditors, quality correspondents), financial (budget) and technical (tools for analyzing and monitoring performance: surveys, statistics, indicators).
    • Formalize the quality process and design operational supports: manuals, guidelines, reports, questionnaires, training documents.
    • Set out the elements of the company/subsidiary management dashboard (tdb): objectives, deadlines, strategy (action plans).
  2. Quality strategy deployment
    • Identify priority projects for continuous improvement, and draw up and plan preventive and corrective action plans based on risk analyses (Group and operational).
    • Set up the internal audit system (diagnostics, compliance control): appoint and train auditors, define and plan interventions.
    • Co-direct internal communications with managers and the Group Quality Director, to raise staff awareness of quality projects.
    • Maintain a constant watch on industry regulations and standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 27001, etc.).
  3. Leading the quality process
      • Lead information meetings, workgroups (continuous improvement, problem-solving) and project teams, using tried-and-tested industrial methodologies (FMEA, ADEQUA, ACA, ARA, etc.).
      • Organize, carry out and supervise internal quality audits.
      • Act as an early warning system for hazardous situations (safety, malfunctions).
      • Maintain relations with prevention-related partners (training organizations, institutions, technical experts).
  4. Steering action plans
    • Coordinate and monitor preventive action plans (self-checking, self-assessment, feedback, astonishment reports, etc.), identify non-conformities, propose recommendations to reduce non-quality risks (OTD, OQD).
    • Manage and monitor corrective action plans (organizational changes, process improvements, staff training, etc.), and develop recommendations and solutions for sustainable improvements.
    • Circulate operational recommendation documents approved by management (experience, monitoring and self-control plans, updated database, etc.).
    • Participate in staff training and methodological assistance.
  5. Quality performance reporting
    • Establish and update dashboard indicators (tdb at codir level and tdi at operational department level), analyze the results ("records") of internal audits carried out and discrepancies, interpret applicable standards.
    • Analyze customer satisfaction, cost reduction, commercial profitability, productivity rate, quality and quantity of deliverables, etc.
    • Draft the annual activity report.

Help sales teams draw up customer QAPs from the listing phase onwards, and ensure that they are updated throughout the contractual relationship.

Training: With a 5-year higher education qualification, you have at least 5 years' experience in a Quality function.

  • Knowledge of the quality system in the heavy industry sector: standards and regulations (France, Europe, international)
  • Mastery of quality methodologies: planning, documentation system, problem solving
  • Good knowledge of business software: FMEA, 5S, 6 Sigma, Kanban, Lean, SMED, Pareto diagram, etc.
  • Mastery of cross-functional project management techniques
  • Good knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Professional English
